speedyypaper.com provides professional editing, proofreading, and formatting services for existing documents. We do not create original content or write documents on behalf of clients. Our services are designed to improve the quality, clarity, and correctness of your existing work.

Account Registration

While account registration is not required for one-time orders, creating an account provides benefits such as order history tracking, saved preferences, and faster checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders
  • Submit only documents you have the right to edit
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not submit documents containing illegal or harmful content
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

Order Process

When you place an order with speedyypaper.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to: unavailability of services, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins on your document. We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

In the event of payment failure or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend services and pursue collection of outstanding amounts. Additional fees may apply for failed payment attempts.

Pricing and Fees

Our pricing is based on factors including document length, complexity, turnaround time, and service type. Rush orders (shorter deadlines) incur higher fees. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Highly technical or specialized documents
  • Documents requiring extensive formatting
  • Multiple rounds of revisions beyond our standard policy
  • Expedited delivery requests

Delivery and Deadlines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. Delivery times are calculated from the moment payment is confirmed and all necessary information is provided. Delays caused by incomplete information or client requests may affect delivery times.

Edited documents will be delivered to the email address provided during order placement. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and to check your spam/junk folders. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or email server issues.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality editing services. All work is performed by qualified professional editors with expertise in their respective fields. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction with our editing services. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must relate to the original editing instructions.

Revisions are provided free of charge when they address issues with our editing work. However, requests for changes to the original instructions, additional editing beyond the initial scope, or new content additions may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of order delivery. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in full or in part depending on the circumstances. Refunds are not available for:

  • Orders where the client has already used or submitted the edited document
  • Dissatisfaction with content that was not part of our editing scope
  • Changes in client requirements after work has been completed
  • Orders completed according to the original instructions

Limitation of Liability

speedyypaper.com provides editing services to improve document quality. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or academic/professional outcomes of your documents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We do not guarantee specific results, grades, acceptance, or approval of your documents by any institution or organization. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information. Our editors are bound by non-disclosure agreements and will not share your work with third parties.

Documents are stored securely and deleted from our systems after a reasonable period following order completion, unless you request earlier deletion or extended storage.

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights to your documents. By submitting documents to us, you grant speedyypaper.com a limited, non-exclusive license to edit, format, and process your documents solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Submit documents containing illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Submit documents for fraudulent purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or other users
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff. We may also suspend or terminate services if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated data. Outstanding payments remain due even after termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
